Level 2: Thiwáhe Family This course is designed for learners of the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ language who are at a beginner level. The course focuses on language for telling short stories of your parents, grandparents and children, as well as practical language parents can use with kids around the home. Students will be able to ask and answer simple questions and will gain insights into the traditional understanding of birth, kinship and death. Students will continue to learn language games they can play with their own families and methods of pushing their own learning further.
